This establishment is built in the tranquility of Pennington with ample wild- and bird life. The house consists of an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with sea view. It is tiled throughout.
There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and all but one is en-suite. All rooms but one have their own entrances. All rooms have ceiling fans, TV, and fridge. Two rooms have single beds, one room has a queen size bed and then there is a family room (that may be rented separately) with a double bed, a single bed, kitchenette and shower en suite. The kitchen is fitted with a stove, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and all kitchen utensils and cutlery. In the front garden is a braai facility. Only small well trained pets are allowed.
The house has its own security system and the gate is remote controlled. You can walk to the beach within 10 - 15 minutes. Pennington is surrounded by 3 golf courses - the well known Selborne Park Golf Estate, Umdoni golf course and a 9 hole golf course at Penvalley. Enjoy a walk on the beach, swimming, fishing, snorkeling, park run, craft beer tasting. Close by is shark cage diving and a cycling trail at Rocky bay and the Croc World at Scottburgh. It is a 40-minute drive to Durban and around 75 minutes to the airport. Further south is the South Coast mall about 30-minute drive away and the Wild Coast Casino around 60 minutes away.

Nice, clean, pleasant environment!
Beautiful area, lovely long beach with large tidal pool for kids and separate rocky areas to explore. Not too crowded. Town itself is friendly and small but has everything you need.
