Situated on the picturesque Cape Whale Coast Route, in the village of Kleinmond, which is just an hour's drive from Cape Town, Picollo Bocca Villa offers spacious accommodation with that home-away-from-home feeling.
The house features 3 large bedrooms, full bathrooms, an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a Bali-style dining room. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Amenities include a safe, 2 TVs with full PVR DStv channels on the lounge TV and 2 DVD players as well as a dishwasher, ice machine, and fireplace. Towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
Outside, there is a fenced back garden in which small children can play, as well as a large patio with built-in braai on the top floor that overlooks the ocean. Pets are allowed but not inside the house. Absolutely everything, including a security alarm, is provided that you would need to massage away the stress of city life.
The house is located 3 blocks away from the coast, a 700m walk to the closest sand beach and Palmiet river lagoon and a 600m walk to the popular Harbour Road where all the restaurants and shops are and where entertainment and shows take place depending on the season.
Nearby activities include a variety of well-known wine routes, shark cage diving, penguin viewing, horse riding, diving, whale watching, walking trails and panoramic sea- and landscape views over Kleinmond and the Atlantic Ocean.

What an amazing stay, the house is so well equipped and definitely kitted out for a family. Even had a compactum and rocking chair.
Beautiful view from the balcony and a nice big yard for the kids to run around.
Absolutely loved every minute of being at the house, really felt like a home away from home.

Still close to the city but with a slower pace of life. So many nature walks by the sea.
I love the relaxed small beach town feel of Kleinmond. The combination of a lovely beach and lagoon along with a great beach path walk and the shopping harbour is a perfect weekend getaway. Would love to explore more in future.
