Libby's Lodge offers seven spacious, air-conditioned en suite double rooms. as well as 3 self-catering family cottages. Rooms are private and uniquely decorated. Enjoy a refreshing drink from the complimentary tea tray in each room whilst indulging in something sweet - a small welcoming surprise from our friendly staff. All rooms open onto private verandas with a view to the garden and pool area. Rooms are fully equipped and serviced daily. Ideally suited to the busy professional as well as the discerning traveller.
In Room Facilities:We have 7 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as 3 self catering family cottages. All have private verandas. Rooms are spacious and have private entrances. Facilities include air-conditioning, TV and complimentary tea trays.
The self-catering units can accommodate families of 3-5 persons. Units are private and well-equipped. All have verandas with braai/BBQ facilities. Special family packages are available (applicable to families with children up to 16 years of age). Lock-up parking is adjacent to units.

We had a wonderful stay at Libby's Lodge, spacious, clean, beautiful gardens, well equipped, lovely interior, everything you need for a lovely stay. We shall definitely stay there again and highly recommend Libby's Lodge.

We had a pleasant stay at this guest house. The host and staff are gregarious. I forgot a personal item when we checked out and after a week when we returned for another night stay it was handed back to me.
The accommodation was great and the rate was reasonable. We've certainly found a home from home.
Awesome hospitality and fantastic breakfast. We loved our stay at Libbys and it was super close to the best Parkrun in SA.
We received a warm welcome on our arrival and we were informed of things to do in the area. The room was comfortable, but being non-smokers we found our room next to a smoker a bit of a nuisance. We wanted to enjoy the outside seating area without inhaling second hand smoke. The pool is pristine and there are even pool towels in a basket for one to use. We enjoyed a braai on our second night as the braai area was right near our room. The garden is well maintained and there is an abundance of bird life. All in all, a lovely stay and somewhere we would return to if in the area again.
We had an excellent stay at Libby's Lodge. The facilities are superb value for money, squeaky clean with excellent amenities. We wanted for nothing and were more comfortable than at home. The service was great and we will definitely be back.

Great weather. Stayed at Modern Executive Apartment in Schröder street. Beautiful, peaceful and safe place. I enjoyed the friendly people of Upington and the nice restaurants. Mr D also delivered promptly. Will be back again.
Has everything you'd need to top up or get on your way to Namibia, Botswana, or the far west coast. Amazing stat-over options, and amazing people.

The people seem friendlier and more polite than the city folks. The atmosphere seems relatively low-stressed.
Great mall and friendly people in Upington.
Upington is one of my favorite towns in South Africa. It is pristine, clean, people are friendly and helpful. Lots of things to do. Plenty accommodation to choose from. A perfect stop-over to and from Namibia.
Good to visit my birth town and see the growth.
