Situated in the affluent garden city suburb located on the edge of the southern suburbs of Cape Town,

star accommodation in Cape Town. An outdoor pool and lush garden area makes the stay at INN-STYLE
guesthouse a pleasure for leisure or business travellers. The property offers 5 bedrooms all with ensuite
bathrooms & sufficient communal areas for guests to relax & enjoy their stay. INN-STYLE is centrally located with easy access to all main arterials. We are only a 10-15 min drive away from the City Centre, UCT, V&A Waterfront, Green Point Stadium, Grand West Casino & Newlands Stadium. INN-STYLE is the ideal escape from Cape Town's busy commercial node, yet a stone throw away from great entertainment & adventure.
All rooms are en-suite, either offering a separate bath or shower and one offers a shower over bath. Comfortable toweling
and amenities are available for guests use.
Each room has own private entrance. Rooms are all individually and luxuriously furnished in a tasteful contemporary style with ample packing space, TV, hair dryer, heater/fan and electric blankets (on request) for your convenience. The room has tea and coffee facilities, as well as a bar fridge for your comfort. Although attributed with looking distinctly English, Pineland's wide streets lined with its distinctive pine trees, hence the name, falls short of the narrow lanes and one-up-one-down style homes that dominate English towns. Homes here are sprawling and have big, well established gardens, and the roads are wide and well planned. If you look at the suburb's history, you can understand why.
Pinelands, just 10 km from the city centre, was originally an unsuccessful attempt at a pine tree plantation, called Uitvlugt. Rows of pine trees were planted on what was then the desolate Cape Flats. The suburb is post-war, hence the English influence, and local businessmen designed carefully and with some imagination - Pinelands doesn't suffer from the usual box-grid-style streets but benefits from circular drives and roads that go off at tangents, making it a particularly welcome suburb in which to live.
A number of the bigger employers in Cape Town are based in Pinelands as are both Old Mutual, Vincent Pallotti Hospital and the Red Cross Childrens Hospital sits 5 min away. Mowbray and Rondebosch are adjacent suburbs, and access to the city centre and the beaches of False Bay is easy.

knowledgeable about Cape Town and is willing to go the extra mile whether for meals, massage or other
therapies or any out of the ordinary requests guests may need. For Guests who wish to prepare their own special cuisine, we offer a fully equipped self- catering kitchen overlooking the pool.
All Guests are also more than welcome to make use of the outdoor lounges & dinning area, braai and pool.

Well I do not know where to start, this property is fabulous and the owner also.
From the minute I walked into Zens property I felt at home. The greeting myself and friends got was lovely. Even Zens parents welcomed us.
Zen is a very talented young lady and deserves to do very well in her life.
The accommodation was excellent, I had the Beach Room, overlooking the garden and pool. Nothing was too much trouble for Zen and her team.
New Year’s Eve we got invited to spend the evening with them had a great evening.
The ambience of this property is very peaceful.
I felt like I was staying with friends and treated very well.
Will be back given half a chance.
