Vlakbult Guest Farm was built in the 1800's and still features the original sandstone walls, wooden floors, high ceilings and patio. The farm is situated just 7 km outside the small town of Clocolan in the Free State, and offers comfortable accommodation among the surrounding crop fields and hills.

The old farmhouse has been renovated to accommodate up to 12 guests, and each room has a unique, rustic and cosy style. The honeymoon suite is separate from the guesthouse with a private garden overlooking the "spitskop koppie'. The guest house comprises a communal lounge, dining area and a kitchen where guests can prepare meals, ideal for a business conference or family gathering. A variety of breakfasts, lunch and dinners are also offered.

Apart from the guest house, there is a honeymoon suite which can accommodate an additional 2 guests. The honeymoon suite comprises its own kitchen, en-suite bathroom, lounge and balcony. The guest farm offers facilities for weddings and conferences, as well as their own shop where essential oils produced by the farm are sold.
