We are a family run guest house. Our property has 6 bedrooms, beautifully furnished with custom made furniture, quality linen and down duvet inners. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower with luxurious Egyptian cotton towels & environment friendly guest amenities. In the bedroom there is a Nespresso machine with pods, coffee/tea station, aircon/heater, USB plug points next to the bed as well as above the desk in the room, mini fridge, hairdryer, safe, luggage rack & cupboard. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 years old. We are not self catering & do not have braai facilities.
Our rate is inclusive of a really yummy breakfast, including an extensive cold buffet & eggs etc to order. Many of our guests have said that it is the best guest house breakfast in South Africa :) The restaurant is open to our in-house guests in the evening for dinner, bookings & pre-orders are essential. One of our house specialties is the local line fish, sourced directly from the harbour in Kassiesbaai. All our wines are South African & some are bought from our local wine farms, they are outstanding.

There cannot be any kinder hots than Jill and Adrian. They were consummate professionals at all times but this did not stand in the way of the warmth with which they welcomed us to their home and ensured that our stay was memorable. I recommend their establishment without any reservation.

its away from everything and quiet
We enjoyed the wonderful sea, the view the laid back atmosphere, the local people and the wonderful fresh fish that we enjoyed.
The beautiful scenery and clean beaches. Very safe area and not overrun with people. Excellent for fishing, cycling and hiking. The Arniston Cave is a must to visit!
The close proximity to the ocean is amazing.
The beach is stunning. The cave is an impressive sight.
Neatness and quietness of the space.

Friendly staff and great location.
The harbour and beach is within walking distance. Willeen's Restaurant and Mien's Tea Garden was excellent. We were safe and the locals were so friendly and welcoming.
Quiet and unspoilt!
We stayed at N3 seaside Cottage. What a peaceful break away. We often stay in the big seaside cottages. We would really like to recommend they give each cottage a good deep clean and have a look at replacing the stove tops (N3) was badly rusted and completely cracked. The house was in good shape just really needs very good cleaning after each stay. (spider webs on roofs, behind doors etc).(let it have the smell of a cleaned place).
We will for sure be back soon.
