Wonderful, peace and quiet, neat and very friendly, would like it more if the fishing was better set up.

Ons het n paar aande oorgebly. Wat n pragtige rustige plek, plaas atmosfeer weg van stadslawaai.
Het die braaiplek met pragtige uitsig geniet.Het sommer afgestap rivier toe en lekker visgevang.
Het Asjas die hond en die katte, meerkatte en muishonde buite geniet.
Ons kamer was fantasies mooi, die binnekant van die huis pragtig.Alles netjies en skoon.Die werkers baie vriendelik.
Die kombuis en eetkamer is baie ruim en mooi.
Jacques en Lukas was verskriklik vriendelik en behulpsaam. Hul het uit hul pad gegaan om alles so lekker en gemaklik te maak vir ons.
Ons sal graag weer wil teruggaan en beveel die plek aan vir al ons vriende.

Wow. The weekend stay was awesome. Views absolutely stunning. Jacques, thank you for the hospitality and care. You make us feel at home. The room was neat and clean and made the stay excellent. The antiques are superb.

We enjoyed our stay the service was excellent, everything went so well I would recommend the place.

My wife and I spent the weekend at this beautiful guesthouse for our 17th year wedding anniversary and will definitely recommend this guest house to everyone. The mountain view is absolutely breathtaking; the room was very cosy and well equipped and we even had a beautiful view of the mountains through our bedroom window. The dining area as well as the rest of the guest house made us feel like we were right at home and the antique furniture and historical paintings / pictures and statues are something you dont see often and brought back allot of memories from our child hood days.The host - Jacques is very friendly and makes a person feel at home immediately and always made conversation and shared a few jokes, he was always making suggestions of what we could do and places we could visit. We will most definitely visit this place again soon. Thank you for making our stay so special.

We had the most wonderful visit ever. Our host, Jacques, was very friendly. His furniture is to die for. I will go back there in a jiffy. The place is quiet and serene. Good to relax and rejuvenate.

The host Jacques was very friendly and attentive, a real people's person. He quickly showed us our room that was very neat and clean with open plan bathroom. Some people may take offence having the toilet next to the bed, with no door, but it wasn't really bothersome to us. Jacques allocated out own private kitchenette that was well equipped with fridge, microwave, sink and hotplate.
One could ask for meals to be prepared and the dining room was set beautifully for every meal, with delicious food.
The outside relax areas were adequate to braai and meet the other guests.
The guests were from all culture groups and were friendly as if we were family.

I spend more times in guesthouses than at home. Jacques is a wonderful host and his guesthouse is very nice. If you want to stay in a tranquil environment and wake up to the sound of birds and sheep going to the veld this is the place to stay. We've had our own kitchen allocated to us and it was well equipped. I was there over a long weekend and because I have extensive experience of guesthouses I was impressed to see his staff being very efficient even on heritage day. Thank you for a very nice stay Jacques.
