We are a Guest House/B&B with a difference - Tierra Pequena (small piece of land) with 6 luxurious units to choose from.
Each unit is uniquely decorated to a theme: the Bohemian room (Master Bedroom), the Antique English room, the African room, the Dutch room, The Horseman (fully equipped, 2-bedroom self catering unit) and "At the Stables".(3-bedroom fully equipped, self catering farm house.
The Estate is an absolute gem - open spaces, very quiet and private, yet only 5 min from the Mooirivier Mall.
Guests can relax in the huge farm style garden or at the pool, enjoy a braai on the patio, take a stroll to the stables, watch the training of horses, feed the Koi fish (permission only) or do some bird watching. Kids can bring their bicycles along.

Farm like atmosphere.
Comfortable accommodation and friendly hosts. Went out of their way to assist to make things more relaxed / comfortable for us from the day we started the booking till we left the establishment.

Well equipped, tastefully decorated rooms.
A farm experience in the city. When you stay at Tierra Pequena B&B it feels like you are on a farm but with the comforts of the city. Excellent service and friendly personnel. The facility cater for everything that one needs from DSTV to wifi.

Lindi was friendly and well prepared for us. The facilities were clean and spacious. Will definitely stay there again.
We spent a wonderful mom-daughter time here with all our needs catered for. Thanks to Lindi for even going the extra mile to accommodate our late night and early morning access at her peaceful and luxurious place. We enjoyed the beautiful and large Bohemian room and bathroom facilities and the feeling of being on a farm, yet still in town. As big city people, we felt reassured with all the security measures in place and could sleep peacefully with open windows that had proper burglar bars and Trellidor - and the dogs gave extra comfort. Lindi's home-made muffins were delicious, the comfy bed, lovely decor, big shower and the overall neatness and cleanliness were appreciated. Next time we'll hopefully have more time to spend in this beautiful and peaceful environment. Thank you - we can highly recommend this peaceful accommodation and its luxurious facilities that are within minutes of anywhere one needs to be in Potch!
