We are 400 meters from the beachfront and within close proximity of the famous V&A Waterfront, Camps Bay, beaches, shopping & restaurants, the vibrant Cape Quarter nightlife, and Table Mountain.
Recently completely refurbished we offer six luxurious en-suite rooms each with its own access to the garden where we serve breakfast on a beautiful summer's morning.

This vibrant suburb of Cape Town, just outside the city center between Mouille Point, Green Point, and Bantry Bay, has more than overcome its former reputation as a crime-ridden part of the mother city.
Today Sea Point enjoys a bustling 24-hour cosmopolitan vibe that has drawn a number of city execs to settle in its beachfront high-rises. Sea Point is divided by Main Road, with its many shops, takeaways, restaurants, clubs and coffee bars. Just about everything you need is found in this part of the city and it hums with activity. Up the slopes of Signal Hill, away from the Atlantic Ocean, lie large, private villas that fetch into the millions for their views and proximity to the center of Cape Town.

Sea Point has a Mediterranean climate and receives most of its rain during the winter months between June and August. The average temperatures range from approximately 15 degrees Celsius in July to over 26 degrees Celsius in February.

Apart from its huge selection of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, Sea Point is also located close to many of Cape Towns' main attractions. The closest of the attractions being, Signal Hill, Lions Head, the SA Seafarer which sank off the coast of Sea Point in 1966 and the 2010 World Cup Green Point Stadium. Sea Point is also less than a five-minute drive from the world-famous Victoria and Alfred Waterfront and Two Oceans Aquarium, and just over a five minutes drive to the Cape Town CBD with the Castle of Good Hope and Cape Town Flea Markets. The new MyCiti bus stop is within 200 m and provides transport to all the local attractions as well as the airport.
