* Cycling routes along the coast.
* Not far from Doringbaai is the Olifants River mouth, which is approximately 15km drive, there you can go birding and kayaking or just to explore the area.

Lekker plek om net te ontspan en niks te doen nie. Netjiese en toegeruste bly plek en mooi uitsig - probeer dit gerus.

Thorn Bay is a small fisherman's village with the most beautiful beach if you can walk in loose sand. The firmer beach is 8km away at Stilbaai. The reception was warm and welcome! The accommodation superb. There is a local man called Christiaan who do the "Mr Delivery" - very professional and great food. The wine cellar and restaurant "Fryer's Cove" by the light house is a vibe you have to experience. There is no sunset like the west coast sun set. I Had a wonderful time!
