Welcome to Aandster,
In the heart of the Karoo lies the sleepy town of Middelburg. Middelburg is located on the N9 highway, 700km from Johannesburg and offers a perfect overnight resting spot when travelling to Port Elizabeth or the Garden Route.
Aandster Overnight Accommodation offers luxurious and comfortable accommodation in this little Karoo hamlet, conveniently located in a quiet side street off the Middelburg Main road.
Aandster also offers a surprising quirk - the 12m yacht in the back yard, making it the unofficial Middelburg Harbour!
Accommodation Facilities
The accommodation offers a private entrance and parking on the property. It has a comfortable and beautifully restored private lounge with a day-bed that converts into two single beds, well suited for children and spacious enough for adults.
The lounge also offers a TV with full DSTV package. There is a coffee/tea station with a kettle. The bedroom offers a double bed, private sink and cupboard space.
The bathroom is private, although not en-suite and comes with an authentic claw-foot tub.
The lounge and bedroom both have ceiling fans to offer welcome relief in the Karoo summer heat and underfloor heating and panel heaters help to keep the rooms cozy in the chilly winters.
