Situated in trendy Green Point in Cape Town, Harpers House is a renovated Victorian home from 1892 with original features, such as high Victorian pressed ceilings and decorative, antique fireplaces. The V&A Waterfront is within 15 minutes' walk.
Harpers House offers 9 chic African inspired rooms, 4 on the ground floor and 5 on the 1st floor. The interiors perfectly balance contemporary design with Victorian heritage and African spirit. Most of the original features, such as the high Victorian pressed ceilings, antique fireplaces (decorative only) and Oregon pine floors are still in place.
Guests have full access to the communal lounge area, upstairs library, outside sitting area as well as the kitchen. A butler and chef can be arranged on request to take care of all your needs. There are many restaurants and cafes close by to choose from for breakfast and dinner.
Please note that the 5 bathrooms are shared amongst 9 rooms.

Easy access to everything, and many things only walking distance around to enjoy, including the promenade, Green Point Park, Virgin Active gym, V&A water front, Cape Town stadium, Long street and the Green Market square. also many great restaurants and coffee shops near by.
Best sleep I have had at a backpackers in years. Decor and staff are notably excellent. I will be back.
