Each of the five en-suite rooms has their own private entrance with a fridge and kettle in each room. You are only a few meters from where your vehicle will be parked and safe on site.

As a seaside village, Sedgefield lends itself towards a tranquil lifestyle. Visitors can walk or cycle freely through the village and is surrounded by seven lakes, birdlife, fish, fauna and flora are in abundance. Water sports and leisure activities are available; paragliding and hang gliding are major attractions in the village with the launch site situated opposite the guest house.

A charming, quaint Guesthouse that feels like home. Jenny's delicious breakfast was a winner. We loved the morning chats, accompanied by Pistachio - Jenny's cute Sausage dog! All our needs were met. The beds were so comfortable. A daily cleaning service kept our room tidy. Convenient distance to the village. It was the perfect place to stop and rest.

What a super, highly recommended , old school venue right next to the Main Road. Excellent hosts that immediately make you feel at home. The breakfasts were out of this world. Well done Jenny & Kenny.

Our fortnight holidays in Sedgefield at Forest View B&B was absolutely great. Jenny and her hubby Ken are very friendly and warmhearted hosts. Our big room was very clean (Thank you Melissa for cleaning up that mess we left every day). There was a fridge in our room, a separate little garden only for us to use, a roofed terrace outside the room to use as a "smoker´s paradise", a beautiful big garden in front of the house to sit and relax in. Furthermore they offer enough parking area behind an electric gate. The breakfast is served in a wonderful decorated and cozy living room. All in all we can recommend that place from the bottom of our hearts. We hopefully can come back to this lovely place in Sedge next year. Thanks again Jenny, Ken and Melissa for your extraordinary hospitality.

Enjoyed everything, the slow pace, nature, canoeing on the lake. The stay at Lake Pleasant was awesome! Will definitely return for a longer stay.
It a cool place and not busy and not far from N2.
