Ou Klipskuur also makes a great weekend breakaway destination for the tired city dweller. You will feel will revived and restored with the clean Karoo air, starry night skies and sunny days.
Two self catering units are offered, Oudeklip and Oudeskuur, each with 1 bedroom and a TV with DSTV. The Oudeklip unit offers a bedroom with a double bed and a double sleeper couch, for children under 12. The Oudeskuur unit offers 2 single beds. The en-suite bathrooms each have a shower, toilet and basin. The rooms have hair dryers and ceiling fans. The bedrooms also feature electric blankets for those cold winter evenings.
The kitchen in the Oudeklip unit is fully equipped with everything guests will need for self-catering. The Oudeskuur unit offers convenient and basic heat and eat facilities in a small kitchen nook. The lounge area has a comfortable seating as well as a reading corner. The Oudeklip unit features a lovely fireplace and the Oudeskuur unit boasts a nice gas heater. There is secure covered parking for vehicles as well. The Oudeklip and Oudeskuur units have braai facilities.
The farm had a beautiful dam where you can relax next to and enjoy the tranquility. For the more adventurous, there is hiking- and mountain biking trails, as well as a 4 X 4 - route.
