Our rooms are sumptuously appointed, to match the polished teak floors and pressed ceilings that hark back to the legacy of the luxury of this historic neighborhood. A small splash pool and sundeck add to your relaxation and we can recommend handpicked tours and tourist services that will pick you up. Limited secure parking on request, laundry, and a full English breakfast also come as part of the service.

Three of the rooms are set up with either one king-size bed or two single beds. Three of the rooms are set up with queen size beds. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, satellite TV, fans and heaters. Extra beds or bunk bed may be added to the rooms.

We've tried to make Esperanza as homely and relaxed as possible when you arrive you?ll soon feel as if you're staying with friends. Though you may prefer not to mingle, our lounge and dining room is an extension of your room with comfy sofas, soft music and reading material on the Cape.

To make you feel at home we've provided a public minibar in which you may help yourself to drinks at leisure. With such lovely weather during the summer months, you may prefer to sip on a G&T beside our small splash pool, or sit on the shaded balcony and write postcards.

Behind the guesthouse is an enclosed parking area for guaranteed security. Here you'll also find our pub where guests often join us for an evening drink. We also provide storage for suitcases, and free Wifi comes as standard, though we suggest you bring your netbook or iPad.
