This luxury free standing cottage is situated in a big garden in a quiet street off the main road. The cottage is fully restored and tastefully decorated in a French provincial style. We offer secure parking inside the premises. Cyclists are welcome.
There are many scenic drives from Uniondale e.g. you can drive down the Prince Alfred Pass to Knysna, or visit the picturesque town of De Rust and drive through the majestic Meirings Poort. Oudtshoorn and George are both 110km away from Uniondale. Cyclists can enjoy the beautiful surroundings in a safe environment.

Good stay. Clean and welcoming. Bed and linen good. Value for money.
We stayed over in the cottage for one night. It was delightful; a tastefully furnished and comfortable cottage. We enjoyed the privacy and comfort of the room and the fire place was a winter winner! There are ample lamps for use during loadshedding. A good breakfast was served at the coffee shop.
Comfortable accommodation and friendly helpful hosts. Welcoming of cyclists. Breakfast is 1 kilometer away at a local restaurant.

Quiet old world charm.
We had supper at The Hungry Ghost restaurant and the food was good. It is a small, but nice little town.
Lovely farming community that understand that life is about being kind and hospitable to each other in the harsh Karoo environment.
Convenient location for travel towards Graaff Reinet or Baviaanskloof.
