There is one self-catering unit that has a seperate seating area and kitchenette with bar fridge and microwave oven as well as a Weber Braai. This unit has its own entrance and large stoep area.

The guest house is in walking distance of the licensed Hungry Ghost Restaurant and the African Aloe Cafe coffee shop.

FNB and Standard Bank is just around the corner from the guest house.

There is a security gate and safe undercover parking for the vehicles.

All the rooms are en-suite and tastefully decorated to complement the beautiful yellow wood floors and ceilings. The beds are hotel standard beds with cotton percale bedding and electric blankets for the winter. The bathrooms are modern with towels and toiletries. Every room has coffee/tea making facilities, hair dryers, and plasma TV's with DSTV with comfortable seating and cupboards.

Uniondale is ideally situated in the Klein-Karoo for 1 day trips to several attarctions. It is 110 km from George and from Oudtshoorn. 85km from de Rust and Meiringspoort. 16km from the Langkloof. 63 km from the Baviaanskloof. 88km to Knysna via the Prince Alfred's Pass. The guest house is in walking distance from the major banks and teller machines, coffee shop and restaurant, stationary/gift shop.

If you do not want to stay in your room you can sit in the sitting/dining room or enjoy the tranquil bird filled garden. There is also DSTV in the lounge. 3 rooms have their own private outside seating area. Vehicles are parked under cover and there is a remote control security gate.
