We at Bosch Hoek are proud to introduce the Bosch Hoek Lodge to our Magnificent Golf Course experience on offer.
We are also proud of our Bosch Hoek team and the warm and friendly atmosphere that has been created for all our guests and visitors.
Bosch Hoek Lodge features a farmstead that has been converted into a luxury style getaway. The Lodge has recently been refurbished and now has 12 well appointed double / twin en-suite bedrooms.
Area Information:The Midlands if full of fun activities from Zip-line Canopy Tours, Go Carting, to visiting Howick Falls or having a History tour at the Nelson Mandela Capture Site, ending off with Craft Beer tasting at the many famous pubs.
Property Facilities:Enjoy a sundowner while sitting on the deck with the fire going enjoying the abundant wildlife in the vlei which stretches in front of the Lodge and pool area.
We offer an unforgettable golfing experience at Bosch Hoek Golf Club, the Clubhouse is rich with history and offers 9 or 18 holes of golf. To start your day off right, we offer a delicious buffet breakfast each morning. Additionally, we provide complimentary tea and filter coffee for your enjoyment. However, please note that cappuccinos, hot chocolates, espressos, and similar specialty drinks will be available at an additional charge. In the evenings, we offer an enticing à la carte menu for your dining pleasure. On special occasions and holidays, we also arrange buffet dinners to enhance your experience.
Located close to the N3, the Lodge is easily accessible but also allows guests the opportunity to explore the Midlands Meander between Mooi River and Pietermaritzburg.

There are a variety dining and activities and places in Balgowan. The fresh outdoors was great and beautiful scenery and our pictures show that!
Interesting and quaint places to visit.
Piggly wiggly is very pleasant.
We love the Midlands area. We like visiting Piggly Wiggly with the kids. Also had a nice lunch at Terbodore Coffee Roastery. The Funtasy shop at the Connection in Nottingham Road is a must stop for such nice toys and books.
Lots to see and do in Balgowan. Beautiful.
