Periwinkle Place is located in the quiet and secure seaside suburb of Kommetjie. If you are looking for an upmarket holiday home that offers the ocean only a short stroll away, a swimming pool and secluded garden space with top quality finishes and plenty of space, then look no further, this holiday home is perfect for you. It ideally accommodates 4 guests. Additional guests on request only and at extra cost.
The house has 2 ensuite bedrooms with 1 double and 1 twin set up. It also has a large lounge/dining area with a sleeper couch if needed, WIFI & Smart TV / Video set-up, fully high-end equipped kitchen leading out to a separate outside entertainment terrace and garden with braai facility and personal parking space. Living / Dining area and main double bedroom have air-conditioners and direct access to the central solar heated pool, which is shared with another house on the same premises.
Please note:
* Water & Electricity: Please use both wisely - excessive usage will be charged for (eg permanent use of air conditioners etc..)
* Owners or private guests live on same property.
* No smoking, no parties and no additional guests unless agreed to
* Parking for one car.
* Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm and before 8 am.
* We require a damage / security deposit of R 3000,- per week before arrival as well as a copy of the ID/passport. You'll get the money back if there are no damages to the house which will be checked on final cleaning and returned to you via EFT thereafter.
