Thaba Pitsi is the perfect getaway for couples, families and friends. The lodge is situated in the Limpopo with a true bushveld experience and variety of wildlife on your doorstep.
Thaba Pitsi, which means ‘Mountain of the Zebras’ in Northern Sotho is located in the Waterberg in Limpopo, the "Province of Peace". It is located in close proximity to Gauteng, being one and a half hours drive from the Johannesburg International Airport and one hour’s drive from Pretoria.
The Waterberg Mountain Range in the Limpopo Province is noted for its moderate climate and is considered South Africa's last great wilderness.

My Husband and I had a great stay at Thaba Pitsi, staff was very friendly and place was clean. we enjoyed the Jacuzzi moment and fact that every chalet is separated giving every guest their privacy was a bonus. thank you Thaba pitsi.
Wonderful relaxing place, had an awesome time. The quad trail was very exciting, my son loved it. The staff are very pleasant and was always accommodating to our needs. Thank you Thaba Pitsi , Stephan, Franco and team☺️👍🙏
Thaba Pitsi is nothing short of tranquility.
Absolutely stunning, clean and the perfect place to connect with nature.
Wether was a but gloomy and affected the electricity but it was genuinely perfect.
The staff was helpful and very welcoming, they all made sure our stay there was comfortable.
If you’re looking to get away from the city hustle and bustle I’d definitely recommend Thaba Pitsi.

This was one of our best holidays ever! Fantastic place, staff, meals, activities....!! Kids had a blast quad biking, hilarious sweet shooting and even cooking lessons with Kingsley. Who could ask for more? Besides poor internet connectivity, Thaba Pitsi is brilliant! Thanks to Charl, Sharne, Kingsley, Happy and the rest of the team. You guys are stars. We will be back!

Excellent space to relax and recharge. You get to breathe fresh air and it's very quiet. Staff very friendly and would work with you to ensure your stay is peaceful and memorable.
We had a fantastic time! The management of the resort were very welcoming and extremely friendly - made us feel like old friends. The resort is very neat, offers an abundance of wildlife and great activities. Would highly recommend the feeding tour, game drive hosted by the resident vet. Also had loads of fun on the quads and clay pigeon shooting. The resort is peaceful and personal, yet big enough to enjoy privacy. The private jacuzzi was a nice touch to enjoy starry night, but bigger swimming pools are also available. Marius, Kobus, Charl and Anelle - Thanks for making everyone feel like VIP guests.
