Refreshingly different ...Ocean Vista Boutique Guest House offers a magnificent roof-top deck with amazing views of the Indian Ocean and 7 elegant ocean view bedrooms, within a tranquil, beautiful setting where you will feel at home, inspired to work or just relax in our oasis overlooking the ocean. Contemporary in design, well located for both corporate business and discerning leisure travellers visiting Umhlanga and exploring Durban, our guest house combines warm hospitality with personalized service and offers privacy but plenty of space to enjoy amazing Durban sunrises, balmy evenings and sights and sounds of the ocean. Starting a day with a delicious alfresco breakfast with our breath taking views makes every visit all the more special.
Due to nature of the property we regret no children under 12 and not suitable for physically challenged!

What a lovely experience. Beautiful room. Beautiful staff. Fantastic breakfast. Felt the love. It was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The view is spectacular especially the boats at night. The owner is so lovely. It's so quiet. So well insulated between guests.
Such a lovely establishment .The views and the bathroom with the tub was so relaxing. The hospitality of the staff and owner is first class.
It was our second time staying at Ocean Vista and just like the first, everything was excellent. Very clean, beautiful rooms and common areas, delicious breakfast spread, great WiFi. Coming back for a third time!

Breakfast and service are excellent. Dorothy's delicious omelette should not be missed when staying there. Good location, close enough to everything, by car but very safe and quiet.
