Cycasia Lodge is situated in Umzumbe and offers comfortable accommodation in a beautiful, self-catering double-storey house.
The large house is set on 7-acres of tropical gardens and bush. The home can be divided into 3 self-contained units, an 8-sleeper Main House, a 2-sleeper Main Bedroom, and a 4-sleeper Upstairs Flatlet. Each unit has it's own kitchen facilities for your self-catering needs. All three of these units combined can sleep 14 guests comfortably, 10 adults and 4 children.
The house has a fully equipped granite kitchen with a separate scullery, and an open-plan lounge, dining area and a large entertainment area. The inviting living area has a fold-out fouton if required and opens to a covered verandah with built-in braai facilities, and outdoor dining furniture that seats 12 to 14 comfortably. The braai area overlooks the swimming pool and guests can admire lovely sea views over treetops from the house. Guests can take a dip and relax by the pool area and are welcome to unwind in the peaceful sunken garden, ideal for romantic weddings or functions.
Further more there are 3 adjacent 2-sleeper Garden Units, each with it's own kitchenette with a shared verandah.
Cycasia Lodge is approximately 1 km from the stunning Umzumbe Blue Flag beach, 7 km from Hibberdene and 17 km from Port Shepstone.

It's a peaceful place to enjoy with your family.
Wonderful! The dogs loved the yard and walks in the area, welcome and friendly personnel. Cool down in swimming pool which was a blessing!
