The Chameleon Bush Lodge is centrally located in the Dinokeng Game Reserve, Gauteng, where the Big 5 roam free. Come experience luxurious and comfortable accommodation in natural surroundings and well-situated to guided bush walks, game drives on open safari vehicles and 140 km self-drive route.
In Room Facilities:The lodge offers an arrangement of chalets 1 to 5 in the Water Tower section. Chalet 1 is on the upper floor of the Water Tower, and Chalet 2 on ground floor. Chalets 3, 4 and 5 are free-standing chalets. Each bachelor style chalet features a unique colour scheme, modern appliances, and well-appointed en-suite bathrooms. They are furnished with twin extra-length single beds OR king size beds, fitted in fine bed linen; fully-equipped kitchens with fridge-freezers, gas stoves and ovens, microwaves, cutlery, and crockery for 4 people; and TVs with DStv "Access" packages. All chalets have air-conditioning. The en-suite bathrooms have showers, baths, basins, and toilets.
Chalet 8 to 11 each has a spacious en-suite bedroom with private outdoor shower. The separate kitchen opens onto a patio with built-in braai.
Family Chalets 12/13 & 14/15 each comprises 2 spacious, en-suite bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen/dining area; patio with built-in braai, plus a fire pit in the garden. Each bedroom has sliding door opening onto the garden plus its own outdoor shower.
The Executive Chalet 16/17 has 2 spacious bedrooms, en suite bathrooms + private outdoor showers. Open-plan kitchen / dining / living area. Patio with built-in braai plus patio furniture. As well as a drum braai in its garden.
Dinokeng Game Reserve is a free-roaming Big 5 game reserve 50km north of Pretoria (30 min drive on the N1 North). The reserve has a variety of accommodation, restaurants and activities to choose from.
Property Facilities:The Clubhouse complex comprises lounge/dining room, industrial kitchen fully equipped for up to 40 guests.
Can be converted into conference facility, with pull-down screen and overhead projector, white board and flip chart.

The Clubhouse complex is for use by pre-booked guests accommodated at Chameleon Bush Lodge.

The Chameleon Bush Lodge was perfectly equipped. Clean. The bird life was simply amazing as well as looking out at herds of impala, zebra and Wildebeest. Will be back.

Wow, wow, wow!!! By far exceeded all our expectations. The attention to detail is amazing. Sat on our stoep watching giraffe, impala, zebra and blue wildebeest coming in for a drink.

The Area is lovely, the local Brewery for lunch good. Rus Tevrede not an option.
The area was beautiful with animals roaming across the road.
We love nature and all the Animals.
