Beside Still Waters' is located in the heart of South Africa's magnificent Garden Route between Wilderness and Sedgefield, and offers bed and breakfast and self catering accommodation for families, couples, individuals or groups.
In Room Facilities:The self-catering units will delight our visitors. The options include a two bed-roomed cottage, a spacious loft, a cosy studio and a three bed-roomed attic apartment (Upper Room). Quality bed linen and towels are provided and Wi-Fi Internet is available. All units have fully equipped kitchenettes, barbeque areas, secure parking and stunning views. For special B and B occasions we have two lovely double bedrooms in the Main House both with en-suite bathrooms.
Area Information:Lying in the foothills of the Outeniqua Mountains in a region of incomparable beauty, Wilderness is an attractive holiday resort with beautiful beaches and numerous vantage points from which to watch the whales and dolphins.
Property Facilities:Our eco-friendly establishment has four very comfortable self catering units and two elegant ensuite Bed and Breakfast rooms situated in a large, leafy garden, against a backdrop of undisturbed indigenous bush where children of all ages can play freely.

The Upper Room was perfect for us. Perfectly clean, equipped with everything we needed and lovely hosts. The setting could not be more peaceful.
If you want peace and nature, this is a wonderful place to be. Great for birdwatchers! The cottage is neat, clean and equipped with everything you need.
A warm welcome from our hosts matched this beautiful place with a superb view of Langvlei.
The cottage is tastefully furnished, very comfortable, well equipped and totally private. Enjoying the view of the garden and lake from the terrace, we sipped some tea while counting at least 36 different species of birds. The best Bird hide ever!

Wilderness is one of the most beautiful places in South Africa. There is the ocean with beautiful, quiet beaches, Forrest and river.

Wilderness offers a wide variety of activities for all ages with an abundance of hiking trails, canoe offerings and paragliding available, whilst being surrounded by some of the most pristine beaches our country has to offer. If you love nature and adventure, Wilderness is your playground. For daytrips, you have the option of visiting neighbouring areas including George, Sedgefield, Knysna and Plettenberg. This is definitely a home away from home.
