New Horizons is a private farm located 7 km outside Magaliesburg offering a self-catering house ideal for families or a small group of friends.
The private house is hidden behind a sacred hill site with big rocks, indigenous bush, and trees.Being a Farm, you have some gravel road to travel on, but all vehicles reach the House following a slow speed and enjoy the scenic route.
Easy walks are available across the cut pathways of the grasslands, with beautiful vistas towards the Witwatersrand Mountains.Fire up the wood-burning oven in the living room or the open fireplace in the studio for long winter evenings and rainy days. If you love a fire, remember to bring enough fire wood, for those chilly winter nights.
If you are looking for a relaxed weekend with family or friends in the middle of nature while still being close enough to Magaliesburg Town, this is the place to be.
A cosy TV- Studio room (DSTV full Premium) with open wood fireplace.

Reviews
Our stay was great and our fur babies had a brilliant time away with us. Will definitely recommend New Horizon Farm to our friends, especially those with pets.
We enjoyed each and every moment of our stay.
Great venue with great facilities. Did feel a little isolated in terms of location which can be seen as a positive and a negative. Service to book facility was excellent!

Magaliesburg Reviews
Magaliesberg is great to get close to local Joburg nature, relax and rejuvenate from daily stresses of city life and work.
It's is a beautiful place and a short travelling distance from Johannesburg or Pretoria.
The beauty and tranquillity of the area.
scenery peaceful quiet time to get away especially if you a couple n need a break from the hasel and busel
Mountains and Hikes are spectacular
Close, with quiet places to stay as well as the basic ammenities.
Beautiful magical, with so much to do.
Going to the upside-down house
Travel by day prevents being surprised by potholes, so pack in some patience when heading this way. Magaliesburg's Little Roadhouse had friendly service and fabulous slap chips. The Route 66 Events held at Mt Grace Hotel were most enjoyable. Looking forward to our next visit.
