We had the best weekend ever, was very peaceful.

What an awesome weekend breakaway. Five Pebbles is the most relaxing little place you will find anywhere in the African bush, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The venue itself, including the beautiful surroundings and wildlife is complimented by the most friendly of hosts, kind and willing to share whatever you may have forgotten (nudge-nudge: Bacon). The chalet is secluded and out of sight, quiet, clean, and stocked with all the amenities you require to never leave the front door. This is truly the one and only place for a couple who needs to rejuvenate and recharge those batteries for the next stint of life. Our gracious hosts even ensured we received a small present on arrival and spoilt us with another gift on departure. Well done guys, you compliment this beautiful little piece of Africa with your friendliness and willingness to accommodate any request. My wife and I had a wonderful time, we feel refreshed and ready to tackle the world. Thank you so much.

Piece of Africa was exactly what it said it was. It was peaceful and private. The setting in treed bushveld/grassveld was lovely. The hosts were kind, friendly and helpful. The décor fitted the setting and one found it hard to believe we were just outside of Pretoria, as it felt as if we were deep in the bush as far far away from 'civilization'. Value for money and I would certainly stay there again.

The night of the super moon, the blue moon en the blood moon, the privilege was ours to view it from Five Pebbles on Piece of Africa. We had a clear unobstructed view from where the whole beautiful drama, unfolded itself. Five Pebbles on Piece of Africa is the perfect place to unwind, to find yourself in the quietude and the beautiful bush veld. The accommodation blends perfectly with its surroundings and everything you could need was supplied. The hosts went out of their way to welcome us and were available should we have any questions or needed anything, but also granted us our very much needed privacy. This is a place to escape from the business of life, to retrieve your soul and to return rested and renewed. It is a rare hide away to which we will return time and again.

The serenity and sounds of nature took our minds away from the busy city life. Very clean, neat and well equipped chalet. We were welcomed very friendly and there was a little arrival surprise... thank you Annelee! The chalet is tucked away and very private. Amazing hospitality and such a peaceful break. A piece of heaven just out the city and with the beautiful Cullinan town close by for a days trip; all made for a wonderful breakaway. Thank you to the amazing hosts!
