Amidst the peaceful Zimbali indigenous forest lies a two storey property that invokes the natural beauty of its surroundings. This family home is on the prestigious Milkwood Drive road, within easy walking distance of the Valley Of The Pools. This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, 5 bedrooms located in the main house, two of which are ensuite, and the 2 bedrooms share one bathroom.
A golf cart is available for hire, if you would like to hire, please enquire.
Living Areas: Large full floor office suite inclusive with bar area,
we have now put a king sized bed in this room. Cinema/ TV room, lovely kitchen with all the amenities, boma area with fire pit, braai area, large open-plan dining room. Servants quarters with ensuite shower and separate entrance (out of bounds for rentals). Air-conditioning throughout.
Establishment facilities include: Landscaped irrigated indigenous garden, air-conditioning throughout, 24hr security, tandem garage parking for 2 cars plus visitor parking, car port and splash pool.

Breakage/Key deposit:
* The refundable 15% breakage deposit is 15% of the full rental amount.
* A refundable key deposit will also be taken for any possible loss of keys, remotes & discs.
The guest must adhere to the rules and regulations of the Zimbali Coastal Resort at all times. Guests will be given a Code of Conduct document. Please follow the rules.

Ballito is a nice and safe enough place to holiday and enjoy the sea.
The vibe was friendly. The boardwalk is well maintained. Beaches were clean and there is lots to do during the holidays.
