T16 Selborne Golf Estate is a fully furnished self-catering house, located on the Selborne Golf Estate. The Estate boasts an 18-hole golf course, a spa, tennis courts, and swimming pools, as well as a private beach club with a separate pool and bar, and access onto Pennington Beach.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and an open-plan dining room and lounge. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds. The second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed. Each room has an en suite.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, and a microwave. The house has a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a washing line. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs.
Outside, the house has a covered, furnished verandah with a built-in braai.

My family an I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Selborne T16 as we celebrated my daughter's 30th birthday. The unit was clean an upmarket an exactly as I saw it in the website. Very impressive. The host, Becki, was absolutely a gem...always ready to answer any questions about the unit. A memorable stay at Selbourne T16.

Beautiful area, lovely long beach with large tidal pool for kids and separate rocky areas to explore. Not too crowded. Town itself is friendly and small but has everything you need.
