2 River Guest House is situated between the confluence of the Kouga and the Groot River, about 5km away from the Kouga Dam and about 2km away from the Baviaanskloof entrance gate. We are very convenient for stopping over when travelling to or from the famous Baviaanskloof Wilderness area.

This former farm building, with its wooden floors, ceilings and beams, has been tastefully modernised into a comfortable self-catering guest house without losing any of its characters.

The accommodation comprises a sitting room with TV, 3 bedrooms, built in braai on the stoep, fully equipped kitchen.
The main room has a double bed with en-suite bathroom with a shower, the second bedroom has two single beds next to each other. The third room has a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
A large kitchen/dining room equipped with a stove, microwave and all the other necessities for self-catering.

Please be sure to bring your own firewood for a braai. Alternatively, firewood can be bought from our local shops.

The water in taps is pond water, as the house is located on a farm. Water sometimes discolours due to drought etc. There is a rain water tank, available for drinking water, next to the house
