For the nature lover we have hiking trails, horse trails. Try your luck with fishing in the stream or dams or just enjoy the company of our birds. Come and sit under the waterfall and feel how the small fishes nibble on your legs and feet.
We cater for groups and functions. Bring your own horses or just get on one of our Friesians and enjoy the nature.
We also do clay pigeon shooting.

Very relaxing stay, with good hiking trail.
Although the accommodations are relatively rustic, everything you need is there and the setting is amazing. Had a very good rest and some amazing hikes.
We have visited Bokkraal twice already. Once in the stone house, and once in the log cabin/chalet and our expectations has been exceeded on both occasions. If you need a quiet, private and beautiful place to escape to, this is it.
We stayed in the Kliphuis. It was cool and secluded, tucked away in the forest. The house is comfy and spacious, although quite dark. The hiking is lovely and relatively well marked, a few spots were a bit overgrown and difficult to spot, but mostly ok. The waterfall and river are beautiful. There is a lovely pool and lapa area by the waterfall, which was really nice when it wasn’t storming. We really enjoyed our stay. The dogs really enjoyed the space.
This was our 6th stop of 8 around the country.
We felt the pricing for this stay was pretty accurate.
We stayed at the kliphuis which has one queen bed for two. No electricity but gas hot plates and gas water (was not always working). The fridge is on the small side but adequate. It is a quiet place in lovely shaded trees and good bird life around. Very easy for walks.
