The tranquil garden studio is a totally separate private, space adjacent to my main home.

The bedroom includes two large singles bolted together, making a very comfortable, memory foam king sized bed. Closet and hanging space for your belongings as well as beautiful decor and design by local trades people.
The private bathroom is small, modern and bright with good shower.

The wind free outside space and garden has been designed by local award winning designer, Cara Smith - Contours Design Studio.
The undercover patio area is a perfect spot for morning coffee surrounded by fynbos, succulents, and spec boom.

My location is surrounded by great restaurants and good dining. Do venture out and visit local Borruso's Pizza & Pasta, or Four & Twenty at Wynberg Village, coffee & cake at High Tea. Eat scones at Chart Farm overlooking the beautiful Constantia wine lands.

Timeless elegance in a relaxing setting.
My significant other and I have been looking for accommodation for her birthday for about two days and stumbled across Seymour Studio. The initial stay was just to have some relaxation time, and my word, it has been worth our while.

From the moment we walked in the entrance, we were thoroughly impressed. The interior decor was upscale yet warm and inviting and the owner, Evelyn, was very pleasant, accommodating and HUMBLE. Evelyn has been a brilliant host, and even in he's absence, on the first day, made sure that we have been taken care of by Tania.

The decor of our room was crisp and comfortable and wow, what a pleasant view from the patio. The array of plants were gorgeous and little heart shaped hand-made ornaments were too cute for words. A lot of creativity has been put into their space, which made it feel like home. Although we had not picked fresh basil from the vegetable garden, the fact that there is a variety of vegetables to pick from, is incredible. The room was ample size, the bed super comfy with clean linens, the shower had nice fixtures with a shower top that gives you the blast of warm water that you would've been longing for.

The overall experience has been amazing and we'd definitely recommend Syemour Studio over and over again.

Thank you so much Evelyn and Tania for the wonderful stay and your hospitality.

This was truly an amazing experience. The place could come straight out of a magazine. The details really set them apart: great coffee, different types of pillows, some fresh fruit, super-fast internet, their attentiveness. Evelyn and Jackie were super nice. Also Evelyn is a walking Cape Town encyclopedia and great at giving advice on how to make the best of your trip. If you are still deciding, go ahead and book, you won’t regret it. Thanks a lot! It was an amazing stay!”

Seymour studio was a lovely venue and the host's Evelyn and Jackie were most hospitable. Their hosting skills were impeccable, loving, heart-warming and ever so homecoming. I would definitely recommend this destination to friends, family and associates if looking for a place of aesthetic value and serenity.

I loved staying here. The room is spotless, the beds are luxurious and the kitchenette ideal for self-catering. As host Evelyn was accommodating, informative and discreet. Being close to major roads getting around stress-free. I am happy to recommend Seymour Studio to anyone looking for a great place to stay

A beautiful cottage nestled within the lush green trees of Wynberg, it is serene and offers great privacy. The hospitality received from Evelyn and Jackie surpassed our expectations. They made us feel at home and helped us to enjoy our experience of the mother city through their various suggestions of things to do, places to see and perfect eateries.
We were treated to a beautiful hike at Orange Kloof, glowing us to see one of the many hidden gems the city as to offer, which we would not have seen had we booked elsewhere.

An overall beautiful stay with amazing hosts, I'm definitely booking with them again!!!

A number of guests have said they really like staying here, very private, secluded and close to main routes for easy access to most of Cape Town's attractions. As a registered Mountain Guide I also offer guests guided walks for a reasonable charge.

Wynberg is significantly central to a lot of places and major routes, making it easy to access all of Cape Town. It is nice and quiet, allowing one to recoup from the business of city life, while still being in the city.
