48 Twist Street, is a tastefully decorated, face brick house, situated in Pearly Beach which is just 20kms from Gansbaai. The property is close to the beach, which makes it the perfect place to stay.
The house can offer accommodation for four guests and it consists of one bedroom with an open plan lounge and kitchen area. There is both a sleeper couch and a single bed in the living area. Linen is provided for the double bed in the bedroom and the single bed but not for sleeper couch. Guests have to provide their own towels and the bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin and toilet.
The house is fully equipped for self catering purposes: all kitchen utensils and crockery are provided, as well as a microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, toaster and a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. The lounge area features a TV, A DVD player and DStv capability, guests have to bring their own decoder and smart card.
Additional facilities include: Ceiling fans in the bedroom and lounge, gas heater, as well as a large inside braai room with braai utensils. When relaxing in the braai room, you will have a breath taking view of the ocean. The back of the property has a beautiful lawn and there is secure onsite parking.
