Willow Weir Cottage is one of the original stone houses on the Walkersons Estate, that has been lovingly and tastefully refurbished into a magnificent 5 bedroom luxury house. It is situated right on a weir on the Lunsklip river, that runs through the estate, and you can watch a family of otters at play early mornings and evenings. Zebra often come down the mountain to graze on the lawns.
This fully furnished holiday house sleeps 10 and comprises 5 bedrooms( 4 king size and 1 queen, 4 are en suite) and 5 bathrooms. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, full DSTV, fireplace, BBQ, and other amenities.
The estate is located 10 km from the town of Dullstroom and is easily accessible by car or private aircraft. The 800-hectare estate is situated in a beautiful valley and the entrance is through a security-controlled gatehouse. There are 4 km of tarred roads leading down into the estate valley, making access trouble-free.
For light aircrafts, there's a 1000m long, 8m wide asphalt runway and for helicopters, there is a helipad at the hotel.
