We are proudly pet-friendly too, with an enclosed dog paddock behind the unit and pet-sitting on request. Servicing on request as well.
Luxurious finishes & fine white linen, family & pet friendly, two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, indoor fireplace.
Both FamTin rooms are ensuite. The main room is double, with a Victorian slipper bath and a private star-gazing outdoor shower. The second room is twin, with an inside shower. The Family Tin was everything I expected and more. I took knitting and a book with to pass my time but I was totally mesmerised by my surroundings. Couldn't get enough of the amazing views. It was an forgettable three days. Everything about the place just blew me away, I'll be back for sure.

What an incredible experience, from the atmospheric setting to the luxuriousness of the accommodation . We were awe struck from the word go probably not expecting much from a "container home" had a lot to do with it. How very wrong we were. Our dogs loved it and looked forward to taking long walks with us all over the farm, experiencing new and exciting smells from a variety of bird life(Kingfishers to Cormorants) to a porcupine and I suspect many others we did not recognize or see...
Nothing was left to chance and everything was thought after from percale linen to dishwasher, from oven to efficient wood fireplace that kept the home cosy and warm on those chilly winter nights.
Little touches we enjoyed were the range of blow-up toys(pump included) for the dam(laugh all you like but it was great fun) which the dogs thoroughly enjoyed seeing "daddy" make an ass of himself! A bottle of wine from the local wine farm and jam & olive goodies from the local producers.
All this added to an exceptional experience with little or no intrusion from the surrounds or residents (even our host Candice kept her comms limited to Whatsapp but efficiently so)
Can not recommend this site more incessantly, wonderful experience for both soul, heart and mans best friend.
