Reviews
We had a wonderful stay at Aloha 18. The rooms are clean and the friendly housekeepers did their best to keep the place neat and proper despite the continuous rain. Well equipped kitchen and living area. The children had great time in the pool. The cool breeze and serenading sound of the sea waves at night are just what you need for a peaceful sleep at night
Perched on top of a sand dune, this is a fantastic house, in a fantastic location. The layout of the house with individual bedroom units and a central kitchen/living area unit make it ideal for larger groups, providing equal amounts of privacy and communal living. The units are centered around the swimming pool which provides endless views over the ocean and along the beach. The bedrooms are all en suite and the beds and linen are of the best quality. Each room also has air-con and there is dstv in the living area, which means days can just as easily be spent comfortably at the house or on the beach. Pont Malongane is not far and can provide everything you need whilst in the area. There is also a friendly local dog to keep you company if you like. The only word of warning is as regards the roads in the area. A 4x4 is essential for the sand road from Ponto De Ouro through to Malongane as well as the estate where the house is. Access to the house is up a very steep sand slope and does require a vehicle with low-range as well as air to be let out of the tyres.
