Situated in the magnificent bay of Nacala, Shaquila Lodge provides modern, comfortable, clean, tailored Nacala accommodation. Whether on business or leisure, stay in one of our 12 units with 4 poster dbl beds, free WiFi, private decks and uninterrupted sea views. For 6 month+ rentals there are also four 2 bed 2 bath houses available.
200 m from the beach, 5 mins from the Nacala international airport and 15 minutes from the port/city its location provides both escape and convenience.
The in house restaurant and bar is a great place to kick back and relax over a cup of coffee or with a drink watching the beautiful sunsets over the bay. The restaurant serves mouth watering, home style food with as much of the produce sourced locally as possible, some of which is grown on the property. The restaurant/bar has free WiFi and TV to catch your news or sport on.
The warm waters of the Nacala Bay are a marine paradise. So make sure to explore the bay with one of the Lodge’s SUPS or with a local boat operator to go snorkeling, fishing, whale watching or for a sunset cruise.

Very tranquil and relaxing place to stay at. The staff are all so friendly, informative, hospitable, and welcoming. You truly do find your second home in Mozambique once you have stayed here, it was unpleasant to leave.
The restaurant has quite a nice variety of meals one can choose from and not once was I disappointed with anything that came out of their kitchen. Very tasty and cooked to perfection.
I will definitely be returning, sooner than later if it is possible.
