Our apartments are very sought after due to its close proximity to the beach in Hout Bay, which is approximately 30 seconds walk from our front door with an indoor heated pool and 24 hour onsite security including a gym right next door.
In Room Facilities:Free wifi, fully equipped kitchens, luxury finishes and are serviced once a week for longer stays. The apartments are very well equipped with great views of the surrounding areas.
Area Information:Hout Bay was established originally, as a fishing village but has grown into a major tourist attraction with the harbour, craft markets, mountains, dunes, lush vegetation and spectacular views. You can practically go everywhere on foot or a quick bus ride on the MyCiti bus.
Property Facilities:Beachfront access, a secure complex, a swimming pool and secure underground parking. There is 24 hour security in the complex and the area is patrolled by a vigilant security team.
Attractions:At the foot of Chapmans Peak Drive where the guest can enjoy a scenic walk and spectacular views of the bay.
Mere metres from Hout Bay beach which is the pride and joy of all residents, the guest will watch seals and dolphins frolicking in the water.
Close to all restaurants, shopping centers and right on the beach. Secure complex with Pool and Gym. The My Citi bus terminal is directly across the road from the apartment providing public transport to Cape Town along famous Victoria Road overlooking the ocean.
Take a walk to the harbour to enjoy the sunday craft market and quaint coffee shops. Watch the fishing boats go out and return to ply their goods on the wharf.
Enjoy the great coffee and snacks of the Seattle Coffee shop at the Caltex Filling Station around the corner.
Hout Bay is a wonderful treat for anyone who enjoys hiking, nature and the ocean. Don't forget to stop at World of Birds on Valley Road.

Beautiful place
Vibrant night life. Big variety of restaurants and food. Clean beaches and market has a big variety of items. Great way te spend a summers day. Packing is limited though so getting there early is key.
