While lounging inside and absorbing the spectacular view, the patio seems to reach to the ocean, as if you were serenely out at sea on a boat named Dageraad.
The property is ideally located right on the beach. Surf the popular Wedge Surf Spot with the locals, take the kids for a swim at Central beach, walk down endless stretches of golden sands or grab a SUP and head out into the big blue! Dageraad is situated within easy reach of many activities, restaurants and shops.
The high-ceiling open plan living, dining and kitchen area is spacious and light with stacking doors that open wide to welcome the panoramic ocean and mountain view. The Morso Fireplace in the lounge area is perfect for those chilly nights, snuggled up on the couch. The expansive covered patio is complete with dining and seating areas, outdoor shower, gas and weber barbecues and the forever changing colours of the sea and sky.
The sea-facing master en-suite King bedroom, with underfloor heating, opens directly onto the patio. There are 3 additional bedrooms; a bedroom, located at the entrance to the home, with 2 single beds, an additional King en-suite bedroom and a children’s bunk bedroom which sleep 6. Dageraad is perfect for families sharing or granny and grandpa! Dageraad comprises of the top level of a double story property with direct access to the beach and an enclosed garden area which is shared with the apartment below. Tenants are welcomed to enjoy the communal garden space. This property is equipped with solar power.
