A CAPE TOWN FAVORITE - Up to 8 guests in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which includes a private attached flatlet for more privacy and space. Exclusive use of our unique, cozy, colorful and spacious home, perfectly situated between Cape Town and Cape Point, and just 5 minutes to the beaches and wineries. The home is secure on a half-acre with a lush garden, pool, deck, fire pit and a built-in braai. It is the ideal home for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. There are views of mountains all around, and it is very private and peaceful.
The house is partially powered by an inverter during loadshedding, lights, wifi, and devices.
This is not your typical ultra-modern house that so many hosts have put up. It is warm and friendly, and yes even a bit arty and bohemian, all done in good taste. The property is sloping slightly, and the house has three split levels. The garden and pool areas are exceptional, a place to relax and enjoy the sun and fun, and all rooms have exterior doors leading out onto the garden and pool area.

Chris’s place is gorgeous. Fab pool and lounging area which gets a lot of sun surrounded by beautiful foliage and trees. Lovely and cool inside despite the v hot temperature outside. Perfect for adults or families with older children.
Super lovely home in a beautiful and safe location nestled into the South African mountains. Very cozy spot with lots of living space, cooking space, and sleeping spaces. Access to local amenities is very easy. Chris is a wonderful and welcoming host, he was super quick to respond to any requests or questions we had. Highly recommend. In-joy!
We loved every second spent at Unique holiday house. The setting is magical - we spent most of our time cooking in the pink kitchen and swimming in the cooled pool. This house has the best vibrations. Thank you again Chris!
Great place to chill out and relax in tranquil surroundings. Very central to much of what the Cape has to offer. The house and grounds have a lot of space to go off on your own. Highly recommend Unique.

This house is a pure gem. Chris is a great and warm-hearted host and we felt welcomed from the beginning. The place is warm and beautiful with a beautiful surrounding. The world of bird park is a direct neighbour and down the road is a wonderful bistro for breakfast. If you want to have astonishing holidays book this house in Hout Bay. You won't regret it.
What is there to say, that has not already been mentioned? Before giving you a comprehensive description of the house, I would like to say something about the host. Chris is a very honest and caring person, trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Booking this house you will experience these qualities before even getting there. The contact, before and while staying, was extraordinary quick and informative. A little welcome gift with several items necessary for the first few hours and beyond made the arrival a positive experience. As for the house: it is exactly as described and pictured...beautiful in every detail! Besides the beautiful and decorative details, the interior of the house (especially the kitchen) provides everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The outside is equally attractive and is represented very well on the pictures. We, as a family of four (two kids with the age of 5 and 3), enjoyed our stay very much and can only recommend this house to the fullest! Thank you very much for beautiful memories, Chris!

Beautiful place
Vibrant night life. Big variety of restaurants and food. Clean beaches and market has a big variety of items. Great way te spend a summers day. Packing is limited though so getting there early is key.
