Sorgente 304 is located in the secure Sorgente complex in Umdloti, overlooking the popular Umdloti Tidal Pool. The apartment is a fully furnished.
Sorgente 304 can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. In the dining area, there is a 6-seater dining table and in the lounge, there is a TV. The living area opens through glass sliding doors to a balcony with built-in braai facilities and stunning sea views.
The Sorgente complex offers secure undercover parking with 24-hour security. There are 2 restaurants on the ground floor, and it is close to various shops and restaurants.
There is also a breakage and disturbance deposit of R1500 per booking which is refundable after your stay as well as a community levy of R10 per night.

Umdloti has very conveniently located magnificent stretches of pristine golden beaches with shark nets, clear water, large safe tidal pool, delightful paved walks beside the sea and outstanding restaurants like Mundo Vida with sea views. Simple open air changing rooms like those seen on European beaches would be an improvement.
