Angels Mist Guest House is situated at the near entrance of the town, Kaapschehoop. It is a little town where the wild horses still roam the streets and the surrounding forests. With a beautiful nearby waterfall hidden in an indigenous forest. Fantastic sandstone rocks formed by nature in perfect art pieces.
Accommodation comprises 10 en-suite rooms sleeping between 1 and 4 guests. Guests also have access to a TV room, a games room and a dining area. On the roof of the double-storey building, there is a lookout point, overlooking the wild horses and forest. Meals and beverages are available.
A walk through the natural sandstone 'art gallery' will bring you to one of South Africa's craters, that is well seen from the lookout point, and in a far distance, you can see Barberton at the foot of one of the walls of the crater.
Being only 28 km from Nelspruit, Angels Mist Guest House is ideally situated as a home base from which you can travel for day trips to Sabie, Graskop, the Kruger National Park, Gods Window, Potholes, Pilgrims Rest, Hazyview, Barberton, Badplaas and even Mozambique or Swaziland. At the end of a busy day, you can escape the heat of the Lowveld and rest in the mosquito-free mountain air of Kaapschehoop, or in winter, vegetate with a glass of exquisite wine.
