As you enter the apartment you feel at home and know this is the perfect place for a holiday from where you can explore the many attractions Cape Town has to offer. The entrance leads into a bright double volume open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with heaps of natural light streaming in from the windows in the sky and the huge sliders leading onto the balcony. From the balcony you have spectacular views to Table Mountain. Patio furniture ensures excellent outside living and entertainment.
Be sure to close all doors and windows when leaving the apartment as to avoid the “Cape Doctor” creating havoc with the furniture and your possessions – especially during summer months from November to March. The living room is decorated in natural colours and has a relaxed holiday feel.
Two of the three bedrooms offer Queen Beds, whilst the third bedroom has two single beds allowing the rooms to comfortably accommodate six guests. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and corner bath; the shared bathroom consists of a shower, basin and toilet only.
Key & Breakage Deposit:
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The following types of payments are accepted:
Secure online payment / Pre-authorisation link that can be sent directly to you or sent with the check in host on the day of arrival (preferred). This is for all short term stays less than 28 nights only.
If no credit card will be available upon check in and for all stays more than 28 nights; the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank before arrival.
If none of the two options above was actioned a non-refundable cash payment must be made before check in can be completed.
Deposits will be refunded between 7 and 14 working days after bank confirmation letter has been received, should everything be in order.
As well as a non-refundable R300 meet & greet for check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and weekends after 18:00 (6:00pm)

The beach.
Dining out, walking on the beach.
They are not far from shops even if I use Uber it's not expensive.
It is quiet and serene. The beach is easy to access and many people run on the beach or next to it. A great place to visit if you enjoy being active. Also, a very dog friendly place. I would recommend Mozambik for a relaxed meal, but be prepared for noise: it is a very popular location! Both Table Mountain and Robben Island are visisble from Blouberstrand. with Uber, you can get around pretty easily to just about any location.
The beach
We want to thank Marko and his team for their friendliness and welcoming us with open arms on the 4th of July 2022. He gave us a tour through the apartment and made sure that we had all the things we need. The apartment was well cleaned and had all the equipment needed. It is walking distance to the beach and there is a lot of restaurants to choose from in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it for anyone. Sunset court will definitely see us again. Thank you Marko for everything.
