Welcome to Amies Self Catering Apartments,
The apartments (2 and 3 bedroom) are located in a secure complex in the suburb of Panorama. Each apartment has a fully equipped open plan kitchen / lounge and single bathroom with shower over bath. All the apartments are on the ground floor. There is a shaded parking bay located in front of each apartment.
LEASE NOTE:SILENCE IS COMPULSORY AFTER 10PM: IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY TO ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR ACCOMMODATION CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT,NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AND GUESTS WILL HAVE TO VACATE THE PREMISSES IMMEDIATELY AS THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION IS RESERVED BY OWNER!
Arrival time is after 13h00 and units need to be vacated no later than 10h00.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN APARTMENTS!.
Strictly NO PETS allowed in terms of the conduct rules of this complex.
Trucks and trailers are NOT permitted in the complex. Should you have a trailer - please unpack your trailer and bring back to Amie's residence where it is kept behind a gated wall.
We do not service the apartments daily. If you stay longer than a week, we do a weekly service with clean bedding. Additional services can be arranged at a cost of R100 per extra service, but not over weekends.
Neither Amies nor the Body Corporate of Portofino accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained by guests or their property during the period of stay.

Good, spacias,affordable and secured stay.
Rooms were nice, clean and had good features.
the only downside was DSTV that had to be repaired and hi-fi older than the hills that would not work.
Our stay was very nice, the apartment was very clean but the 2 room was very small and uncomfortable. I will recomment the place to my friends because you feel save and secure and very relaxed. Thanks Amies

We were very happy with the accommodation. It was what we wanted, and we were impressed that we were met at 9 in the evening!
Ideal for someone needing to spend a couple of weeks in Cape Town. You can come and go as you please. The ads need to be a bit more specific about what is available (and what not), as some self-catering places provide towels, washing-up soap and cloths, tea, coffee,etc, and some do not. Directions to the apartments were excellent, and we were met by Belinda at 9:30 at night, which is impressive! Thanks.
