The Beach cottage is prime as it is situated on the front row, beachfront, and one just walks in a few minutes to Grotto Beach the famous Blue flag beach, as well as Voelklip and Cove beaches. The famous cliff path is also right in front of the cottage. Sea views are spectacular and one can watch the whales from your patio/prime,
In Room Facilities:The kitchen has beautiful sea views and is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, fridge/freezer with an ice-maker and cold water dispenser, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery as well as pots, pans and a toaster. Children's plates and cups are also available. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer and a built-in, indoor braai.
The lounge has a very comfortable window seating, ( 3 meters) a couch, chairs, including a sack couch that forms part of the patio seating. There is a TV with DStv (Explora 2) and free Wi-Fi. Sliding doors lead out to the wrap-around patio.
The unit is within easy reach of Grotto and Voëlklip beaches with footpaths from the cottage. Guests can also enjoy whale watching from the patio during whale season.
Property Facilities:The patio offers outdoor furniture including a dining table, sun loungers, a sun umbrella, a stunning fold-out awning, braai facilities and uninterrupted ocean views. Outdoor shower available.
Secure parking is available on the premises, as well as a private, enclosed garden. The cottage is fitted with an alarm system with 24-hour armed response, as well as security shutters on all of the doors and the large sliding window.

Troon Beach Cottage is lovely in so many ways. Fantastic location with the most breathtaking views. The cottage itself is tastefully furnished and very well equipped and maintained. I found the hosts to be very responsive and very willing to assist. A real gem - highly recommended.
