Welcome to Modern Beach Apartment in Kalk Bay,
Enjoy this modern 2 level beach apartment, with stunning panoramic sea views of False Bay, Fish Hoek and Simons Town.
This property offers a very comfortable king bed in a sea view bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A kitchen and entertainment space upstairs leads to a BBQ deck with seating area.
Just a few minutes walk to Kalk Bay, the Harbour (Fish and Chips!) restaurants and shops. Perfect for whale-watching in season, long walks on the nearby beaches, surfing at Muizenberg Surfers Corner and swimming at Wooley's Tidal Pool across the road. This wonderful space is perfect for couples, solo adventurers or even writers looking for a quiet and relaxed space.
There are 50 steps to reach the proeprty, so if you can't do stairs, this isn't for you. Otherwise, the view is very well worth it!
The apartment is located on the mountainside and is very private. Just keep in mind-The kitchen is just a few steps up from the entrance to the bedroom and bathroom so you will have to pop outside to get your morning coffee.
