Welcome to Topanga 25!
Topanga 25 is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in Uvongo Beach, Margate. The complex is ideally situated within 300 meters from Uvongo Beach and within close proximity to restaurants and shops in the area.
This apartment can accommodate 6 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds; the second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom fitted with a bath.
The open-plan well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The adjacent living area is air-conditioned fitted with a TV. No decoder supplied, please bring your own single view decoder and cables and remote. This unit also features a balcony, which has patio furniture and a gas braai facility to use.
A dedicated carport parking space is assigned to this unit. The complex has 2 communal braai areas and 2 swimming pools, which guests have access to.

These fees are NOT included in the quotes and are payable directly to the establishment.
Terms and Conditions – to be read and agreed to before booking.
1. We do not allow parties, loud music or overcrowding - in the unit as well as
on the complex premises. (We need to respect the rights of owners,
neighbours and body corporates).
2. Houses and flats are let strictly on the number of beds available. The
number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed
the number booked for.
3. We do not take bookings for groups of adults.
4. A guest may not book more than one unit.
5. No day visitors are allowed or from other units.
6. No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
7. The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
8. Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate
eviction without refund and or no refundable deposit will be paid back.
9. All outstanding fees are payable before the unit is occupied. Only CASH, EFT
and bank deposits.
10. Lodgement of the deposit and/or taking up of the reserved
accommodation is construed as acceptance of these conditions of the lease.
11. Failure to cancel reservation (14 days for out of season bookings and 30
days for any in-season bookings) before due date will be deemed as
acceptance and lessee will be liable for the full rental, unless an alternate
tenant is obtained for the full period
12. No pets allowed.
13. Smoking inside the flat/house is not permitted.
14. The tenant accepts responsibility for all actions by persons within his party
who all agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the property owner,
managing agent, body corporate and local municipal nuisance bye laws
15. Premises must be vacated not later than 09h00 on the day of departure
and can only be occupied by 14h00 on the day of arrival except by special
arrangement. Early arrival and late departure are permitted provided that
special arrangement is made with the managing agent and a surcharge will be
levied, if the unit is available for early arrival and late departures.
16. Guests when vacating the flat are requested to leave the flat clean. Please
note that daily cleaning services are optional for an extra fee and are not
available on Sundays and public holidays. Should you require clean linen or
services please contact the managing agent are also optional at an extra cost.
17. Keys must be returned as per documents that you will receive on
confirmation of this booking. All windows must be closed and outside doors
to be locked.
18. The owner, managing agent or body corporate cannot be held liable for
any losses, inconvenience, injury or death to the tenant or his guests which
they may suffer in relation to their visit to the property.
19. A refundable breakage deposit is charged on each booking. It will be
refunded on the 7th and 21st day of every month closest to your departure
date if you supplied your bank account details.
20. The administration/ booking fee is non-refundable.
21. Should any complaint be received from fellow guests or the Body
Corporate, and should someone need to come and see you because of any
disturbance from your unit, you will forfeit your deposit and you could be
evicted without any money to be refunded
