Ivory Tree Game Lodge is situated within the Pilanesberg Game Reserve, one of the largest volcanic complexes of its kind in the world. The early presence of man can be seen in the numerous Stone and Iron Age sites that are scattered throughout the Park.

Luxurious rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, knowledgeable game driver, overall magic stay!
Our stay was absolutely fantastic!! The room was beautiful!! A elephant came to greet us and we could enjoy him from the comfort of our bed. The view is fantastic!! The game drives was very exiting and informative and we loved it!! The food was fantastic with a different theme every night. We will definitely be back!!! We also loved the wonderful friendly staff.
From the time of our arrival to departure we received excellent service. All staff were very friendly and helpful and our accommodation was beautiful. Our game ranger, Melany was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The only negative for us was that we could not stay longer.

Game reserve was amazing ... beautiful landscape!
Wild animals and the nature.

The Game Drive with an amazing ranger dubbed "the Buffalo solider", we had a free lunch which was in life's in the price.
The beautiful mountains and wild life just had me in a tranquil mode.
Definitely a do again for me.
The scenery is breathtaking and the wildlife is abundant. Sadly, the roads in the Pilanesburg are in terrible condition. Black Rhino Reserve however is well maintained and a spectacular place to visit.
