And every which way the lush indigenous forests are framed by the majestic Tsitsikamma Mountains.
For absolute peace and tranquillity, venture no further than the Estate itself. An old-world ambience permeates the thatched manor house with its antique-furnished lounges, candle-lit dining rooms and sun-drenched conservatory.
In Room Facilities:Secluded within the gardens are each of Hunter’s 5 luxurious room types, individually designed and decorated, each uniquely distinctive. Certain suites have their own plunge pools and sundecks. All suites have en-suite bathrooms with separate bath and shower (excluding the Terrace rooms), air-conditioner, mini bar, TV and fireplace.

The staff made a big difference in the stay. The ambiance out side the rooms is fantastic. Good for relax and staying all the time in the hotel.
Roads are muddy and very bad. A little investment will make a big difference. WiFi was the worst.
It was the best room, the best accommodation, the facilities, the best breakfast we have ever tasted! We checked in late, the service person waited for us especially, took our things and explained everything to us patiently. The place is stunning, there are no words to describe the beauty, the care.. If we return to South Africa, we will surely go there again.. Not that we stayed there long enough...
