Set at entrance of Kibale Forest National Park, Little Monkey Camp features free WiFi, a garden and barbecue. Some units include a dining area and/or terrace.
You won’t find luxury here but our comfortable, very private and cozy wooden tented cottages, tents have a shower, wash basin and flush toilet with ample hot and cold water. If you are looking for adventure, pure nature, tranquility, privacy and stunning lake views you will us!
It also includes a children's playground. Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant, followed by a drink at the bar. The property also offers packed lunches.
Bike and car hire are available at the property and the area is popular for cycling. The area is also popular for coffee experience, night walks and monkeys.

The camp is right at the edge of Kibale forest at lake of frogs. Amazing night life, great food and fantastic staff. There are hippos in the lake, monkeys, lots of birds. You can visit tea plantations, hike the crater lakes or do canoeing. Cycling is available too. Excellent starting point for chimpanzee trekking.

Rweetera Safari Park - The best campsite and accommodation in Western Uganda!
The Rweetera Safari Park is a pearl among accommodation in Western Uganda. We spent two nights here in February 2019 while doing the chimps trekking and what a joy! The staff is absolutely superb! We were greet by the best African Tea you can imagine. We just had our tent and were completely exhausted after our travels through the country and we were met with the best level of hospitality. The beer is cold, the views of the lakes with a friendly hippo are magnificent and the top experience is definitely the hot shower under the stars. We are so glad we found this place and we are definitely coming back!

Die Lage am See, super freundliches Personal, sehr reichliches Frühstück, schmackhaftes Dinner. Sehr gut zum Entspannen, Zimmer mit Balkon/Terrasse. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Geräuschkulisse am Abend: Vögel, Frösche...einfach herrlich.
The location on the lake, super friendly staff, very rich breakfast, delicious dinner. Very good to relax, rooms with balcony / terrace. Very well maintained facility. The noise in the evening: birds, frogs ... just wonderful.
