Welcome to Elandsrus Country Lodge.
The lodge has 5 en-suite rooms with a large entertainment area for everyone to relax in, self-catering facilities as well as 3 braai (BBQ) areas. For those wanting to try true Karoo hospitality and home-made meals. Dinner and breakfast are served in the dining room of the farmhouse. Dinners have to be ordered in advance, so contact Elandsrus before 12:00 on the day of arrival to place dinner orders.
The farm offers many roads to walk and enjoy a vast birdlife, small antelope, a diverse and interesting array of vegetation and the sounds and tranquility of nature.

Nice area away from the trafic and frendly host.
We had a great experience - friendly reception, great communication with host. Dinner was superb and felt like family. Rooms were clean and perfect for families.
Awesome place. Everything and more than what you could possibly need. The wind in the trees brings healing to the soul. We will be back. A little piece of heaven on earth.

Beautiful quaint place to stay on route to Cape Town. Friendly host and the dinner offered is out of this world. Everything is home made. Units are very comfortable and have everything you need for a nights stay over. There is a adjoining family room come kitchen with everything including a Nespresso machine.
What a great stopover on the way to Cape Town; set on a sheep farm in the Karoo, the accommodation is great. On our way out we saw springbok running in the veld. Dinner and breakfast are available if you don't want to self-cater. Best steak and chips I've had for ages. Patrys was very welcoming and helpful.
A Karroo experience with good accommodation and excellent dinners. They take an interest in their environment, a farm experience for kids. Thank you for a good night's rest.

Comfortable, clean, lovely tranquil garden setting, - opted to braai - but were provided with an outstanding potato salad, very tasty braaibroodjie ( sandwich for grilling on the fire) delicious Karoo lamb chops - Patrys the hostess very friendly accommodating and hospitable.
Very comfortable. Very friendly hosts and the meal in the evening delicious. A gem in the Karoo and lovely stopover.
